Meet the founder
Paput.ai was founded by Gary Dobkin, a serial entrepreneur who has spent way too much time thinking about cybersecurity, customer success, and how to make businesses actually work. His first company, Pute.us, was an MSP for veterinary hospitals built on a simple principle: treat partners the way we would want to be treated. That mindset — exceptional support, clear communication, no tech snobbery — laid the foundation for everything since.
- From there, Gary joined Perch Security as founding VP of Customer Success, building their CS program from absolutely nothing. The company grew fast enough to get acquired. After the acquisition, he architected and led ConnectWise’s cybersecurity onboarding department, establishing the vision and assembling a global team that set new industry standards while maintaining industry-leading CSAT scores.
- Most recently he founded paput.ai, an AI-powered platform for digital nomads that automates cross-border tax prep between the U.S. and Spain, and leads product development for tools like Sherpa (an AI onboarding agent) and Bossanova (a burnout dashboard for remote teams).
